People holding hands together

[ Soft launch · By invitation ]

We’re gathering the first voices.

An initiative by Suzanne Taylor

Why I’m Not Afraid to Die is in soft launch — we’re collecting the opening stories before the site goes fully public.

One person. One story. If you’ve found peace with the inevitable, this is the moment to put it into words. Yours could be what helps people who don’t have the perception you have.

Why this site exists

When we are young most of us don’t take death seriously, but the older we get the more concerned we become. That’s except for some people, who, for one reason or another, aren’t afraid — and those reasons could help the rest of us with our anxiety.

For whatever methodologies there are that have alleviated people’s fear, or whatever comforting observations there are about the other side from those who have peered into death’s door and not gone through it, those are the stories we’re looking for here, either in videos or in written pieces. Let this be a comfort zone, turning fear into anticipation and dread into acceptance. Most of us could use that — so please, the rest of you, help us out.

Sign in to share your story. If it passes muster for helping others we’ll publish it when the site opens, with great appreciation for giving us our start!

Admins can sign in from here too — you’ll be taken straight through to the real site.
